The Texas Telephone Association Foundation (“TTAF”) is excited to announce the opening of the 2025 scholarship application. The TTA Foundation awards six, 4-year scholarships, with $1,000.00 per full time fall and spring semester for a total of $8,000, per award. Completed applications must be postmarked by March 14, 2025, and award winners will be announced in late April 2025.

The TTA Foundation was created by the TTA board of directors in November 1992 with the objective to “look beyond traditional sources of revenue from dues and fees to find extraordinary funding for worthwhile endeavors.” All of the members of TTA believe that continuing education for Texas youth, especially those in rural Texas, is an invaluable resource, and TTAF is proud to be able to help support this mission. With a focus on fostering a greater understanding of the importance to the Texas economy of reliable, efficient telecommunications infrastructure, the Foundation is committed to promoting education and research in telephony and to promote the field of telephony as a professional career choice.
