Rae Ann Patty has dedicated 28 years to the field of education, demonstrating a passion for fostering learning and growth in students and educators alike. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles, starting as a teacher and progressing to positions of leadership, including assistant principal, principal, curriculum coordinator, assistant superintendent, and ultimately superintendent.

She has worked in both Texarkana Independent School District (ISD) and Waskom ISD, where she earned a reputation for her commitment to educational excellence, student-centered approaches, and a collaborative leadership style. As an educator and administrator, Mrs. Patty has always believed in the power of community, both within schools and across the districts she has served.

A graduate of Texas A&M - Texarkana, she is deeply passionate about the importance of education at every level and has worked tirelessly to support teachers, administrators, and students in their pursuit of success. One of her proudest accomplishments is the successful graduation of her twin daughters, who both earned their degrees from the University of Texas at Tyler.

In addition to her professional achievements, Mrs. Patty values family life and enjoys spending time with her husband, Toby Patty, and their two beloved dogs. Together, they share a love for golf, often spending time on the green and enjoying the peace of nature.
