Completed substitute applications along with all required documents may be dropped off at the Gladewater ISD Administration Office located at 200 East Broadway, Gladewater, TX  75647 or emailed to browna@gladewaterisd.com.

Please note that applications will not be processed until all required documents have been submitted.
